There are many opportunities within the parish community to volunteer and serve others. We welcome the exercise of your time and talent as one of those absolutes for any active, thriving parish.

In compliance with Archdiocesan guidelines, all volunteers must complete an annual background check (CORI) and take a “one time only” Protecting God’s Children course.  Volunteers are also required to sign the Code of Ministerial Behavior one time.  Please see our Safety Policy regarding use of the Center for Education and Ministry.

To reserve a room or area in the Center for Education and Ministry for a ministry meeting, please email the front desk or fill out the facilities use request form and bring or mail to the parish office.  Include in your request the date and time of the meeting, the name of the ministry and purpose of the meeting, an estimated number of attendees, the name and contact information of the person responsible for the meeting.  Availability of our facilities can be checked on the parish calendar.

We have a great kitchen and common gathering space in our parish center which all parishioners are welcome to use for parish related events.  We follow the Town of Andover guidelines regarding food service and policy.  Please contact the office at 978 475-0050 if you have questions regarding this policy.

Per approval of the pastor and based on availability, the main gathering hall of the parish center may be reserved for private events, the suggested donation for which is $75/hour.  Please call the office for further information.  A facilities use request form must be submitted along with a signed copy of the building usage agreement form.
