The Latin word sacramentum means “a sign of the sacred.” The seven sacraments are ceremonies that point to what is sacred, significant and important for Christians. They are special occasions for experiencing God’s saving presence. That’s what theologians mean when they say that sacraments are at the same time signs and instruments of God’s grace.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered every Saturday at 11am and on Wednesday evenings during the penitential season of Lent from 6:30-8pm in conjunction with the Archdiocese of Boston’s “The Light is On For You” initiative.  Appointments may also be made by contacting the parish office at 978 475-0050.

The Sacrament of the Eucharist is celebrated at our seven weekend Masses and each weekday at 8am.
