And whatever you ask in my name, I will do,
so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (Jn 14:13-14)

There are several groups at St. Augustine which gather on a regular basis  to pray together or for a common cause.  In addition to the weekly Rosary Prayer Group, parishioners are invited to pray a communal rosary daily after the 8 am Mass.  Our Prayer Line is open for special intentions and Mass intentions may be scheduled through the parish office.  Many other opportunities to gather together for prayer are regularly offered: every First Friday of the month Eucharistic Adoration is held following the 12:30 Mass until 6:30pm when a communal recitation of the Augustinian Corona is made followed by Benediction, Stations of the Cross are held every Friday evening during Lent and the Vocations Committee, devoted to an increase in vocations, plans many events throughout each year at which focus is communal prayer.  The church building is also open daily from 7am until approximately 6pm for private prayer time and devotion.
