The goal of our liturgical celebrations is the full, active and conscious participation (Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy: 14) of the entire worshiping community. We fulfill this goal as active members of the congregation and also as liturgical ministers. Therefore, the liturgical celebrations are the responsibility of the entire community utilizing our God given gifts and talents to their fullest extent. The Liturgy Committee coordinates the overall planning and vitality of our liturgies.
At our Eucharistic celebrations, there are many opportunities to be involved in specific tasks that are essential to our worship. These ministries include Hospitality, Lectors, Altar Servers, Musicians and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. Behind the scenes assistance is welcomed on the Liturgical Arts and Environment Ministry, and during funeral Masses by participation in the Bereavement Ministry. Each of these ministries welcomes new members throughout the year. Please visit the appropriate page of the ministry in which you are most interested for contact information.
